Ibos, is a popular kakanin in the provinces of Iloilo and Antique. It is made of steamed sticky (gulatinous) rice and wrapped on a palm leaf. It taste bland, but you can enhance its flavour by adding muscovado sugar. You can also fry it or dip it on a cup of hot native chocolate. It also goes well with the sweet taste of ripe mango.
