Ibos, is a popular kakanin in the provinces of Iloilo and Antique. It is made of steamed sticky (gulatinous) rice and wrapped on a palm leaf. It taste bland, but you can enhance its flavour by adding muscovado sugar. You can also fry it or dip it on a cup of hot native chocolate. It also goes well with the sweet taste of ripe mango.
Ibus! My tastebuds long for you.. hehehe. Perfect gd ni sa tsokolate nga kakao! Flavors of home!!
