Seaweed Canton

One of the peculiar stuffs you can find from the island-province of Guimaras is the Seaweed Canton. It may have a slight difference in taste from the usual canton noodle, but this delicacy is absolutely delectable and nutritious.
*** The Municipality of Sibunag is one of the biggest producers of seaweeds in the province. The local government has funded several projects to help boost the seaweed industry in the region.
